Second Lawsuit Targets Effingham IDA
The Southern Environmental Law Center filed the lawsuit Monday in Effingham County Superior Court on behalf of environmental group One Hundred Miles and Effingham County residents. The suit names the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority as the defendant and alleges violations of Georgia’s Open Meetings Act and Open Records Act

I am pleased to hear that Mose Mock is running for a position on the Effingham County School Board. I have known Mose for more than 17 years and know him to be a man of integrity.
 
He will bring to the board his experience and knowledge of our schools, having years of experience a teacher and leader of our youth. His experience as an independent farmer/businessman brings a unique understanding of the need for fiscal responsibility relative to our tax dollars, as well as the need for achieving excellency in our schools.
 
I urge your vote for Mose Mock for the county school board.
