GUYTON -- Mackenzie Brown and Morgan Coleman each scored four goals to lead Effingham County's girls lacrosse team to an 11-5 victory over South Effingham on Thursday night at the Corral.

Brown and Coleman accounted for six goals in a 7-1 run as the Rebels broke open  a 4-4 deadlock during the final 16:40.

Mustangs Mattie Turner had three goals.
