Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth A. Luikart of Rincon are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Brooke Luikart, to Matthew Mark Russell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald M. Russell of Guyton.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Effingham County High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University where she received a degree in music education. She is employed by the Effingham County Board of Education.

The groom-elect is a graduate of South Effingham High School and a 2002 graduate of Georgia Southern University where he received a degree in sports management. He is employed by Lansing Building Products.

The wedding is planned for Friday, Nov. 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Rincon United Methodist Church. Family and friends are invited to attend.
