Mr. and Mrs. William Ellis of Springfield and Mr. Larry Pollard of Brooklet are pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Mandi Rene’ Pollard, to Benjamin Dwayne Simons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Simons of Pembroke.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pollard of Faulkville, Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Ellis Sr. of Springfield and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Hayes Jr. of Blitchton.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Janie Tyre of Rincon and the late Mr. Willard Blackwell and Mrs. Jean Simons of Pembroke and the late Mr. Jerry Simons.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. at Brooklet First Baptist Church on Highway 80. No local invitations are being sent. All family and friends are invited to attend.
