Bonnie Dixon recognizes Michelle Liotta for volunteering her time to assist with the "Income Tax Preparers" program of the United Way at the Sunrise Rotary Club meeting. This program helps people in need file their taxes free of charge.

Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. at the Guyton Christian Church activities building.
