The Exchange Club of Effingham recently elected new officers and board members.

Pete Lancaster, past district director and one of the charter members of the Exchange Club of Effingham, installed the officers and board members.

Officers installed were Patrice Crawley, secretary; Phil Maloney, treasurer; Jim Presnell, Mike Hall, Jamie Deloach, Merrill Riggs and Eva Goldwire, board members; Jimmy Rutland, president; and Yvette Carr, president-elect.
