Morgan Clifton’s 8th birthday party included a sleepover and a trip to Tybee Island with some of her friends from Springfield Elementary School where they met Miley Cyrus. Clifton’s mom, Paula Clifton, a teacher at Springfield Elementary, took Morgan and her friends Breanna Johnson, Analee Whiddon and Taylor Smith to the beach, and they met and high-fived Cyrus at Tybee Island in front of her beach home on July 18.
