Superintendent delivers report card to Rotary
Superintendent Randy Shearouse shared information about the growth and programs in the Effingham County School system with Rotarians of The Rotary Club of Effingham County. The new Effingham Middle School building is ahead of schedule and will be opening at the beginning of the 2009-10 school year. Shearouse emphasized the importance of SPLOST income to our county's facility needs, particularly in the face of decreased dollars from the state's education funds.
