To help local nonprofits in their efforts, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits (GCN) is offering developing outcome-based performance measures for grant-funded programs on Aug. 16 from 1:30-4:30 p.m at the United Way Building, 428 Bull St., Savannah.  

A representative from United Way of the Coastal Empire will speak about their grant application process (applications to United Way of the Coastal Empire are due Aug. 31.)
