Mr. and Mrs. James Sanford of Guyton and Mr. Danny Jeffcoat of Wilmington Island are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jana Danielle Jeffcoat, 23, to Daniel J. Christman, 34, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Christman of Athens, Tenn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gerald and Freida Odum of Savannah and Talmadge Jones of Rincon and Mrs. Robbie Nell Jeffcoat of Metter and the late J.D. Jeffcoat of Metter.  

She is a 2002 graduate of Kennesaw State University and is currently employed by Bank of America in Marietta.  

The groom-elect is the grandson of Ms. Ruth Benson, and the late James Benson, of Athens, Tenn., and the late Julian and Katherine Christman  of  Hollywood, Md.  

He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, Fla., and is employed by Cirrus Aircraft, in Duluth, Minn. He is also the owner of Aero Atlanta Flight School, located in Kennesaw.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 8, 2007, in downtown Savannah with a reception following. The groom’s father, Pastor J.J. Christman, will perform the ceremony.
