Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Jenkins of Rincon are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, April Denise Jenkins, to Joshua Reiser Rahn, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Rahn Jr. of Clyo.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Walker and Mr. and Mrs. John D. Jenkins both of Rincon, Ms. Margery Crosby of Pooler, and the late Mrs. Gladys McArdle Walker of Garden City. She is a graduate of South Effingham High School and Armstrong Atlantic State University. She is currently employed at Jenkins Plumbing Company.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harris B. Rahn Sr. of Springfield and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hartridge H. Reiser of Clyo. He is a graduate of Effingham County High School and a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He is currently employed at Indigo, F G & G.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 16, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Savannah with reception immediately following.
