Hilary Lyn and Ryan Wayne Cole

Hilary Lyn Evans and Ryan Wayne Cole exchanged their wedding vows on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at 4 p.m. at Little Ogeechee Baptist Church in Oliver.

Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Grady Evans of Newington. She is the granddaughter of Marilyn Reddick of Sylvania and the late Lauree H. Evans of Newington.

The groom is the son of Cynthia Brunet of Rincon. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Norm Eldridge of Mascot, Tenn., and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hampton of Oak Ridge, Tenn.

A program of wedding music was provided by Mrs. Linda Morgan of Rincon, pianist. Mrs. Vonda McDonald of Springfield was soloist.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin gown with a chapel-length train. The lace appliqué V-neck bodice was covered entirely with crystal beads, seed pearls and iridescent sequins.

For her hairpiece, she chose an ivory fingertip veil net-lined with crystal beads and sequins. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of white calla lilies, roses and hydrangea.

The bride chose her cousin, Amanda Long of Sylvania, as maid of honor. Emily Williams of Statesboro, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Erin O’Barr of Sylvania, sister of the bride, served as bridesmaid. Little miss bridesmaid was Summer Cole, niece of the groom.

The groom chose his childhood friend, Karl Gonzales of Rincon, as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Busbee of Rincon and Nathan McDonald of Atlanta, friends of the groom. Clark O’Barr of Sylvania and Lee Williams of Statesboro served as ushers.

Messengers were Justin Cole of Rincon, nephew of the groom, and Luke O’Barr and Levi O’Barr of Sylvania, nephews of the bride.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents entertained guests at the Belle House in Statesboro.

On April 3, 2015, the groom’s mother hosted a rehearsal dinner at RJ’s Restaurant in Statesboro.

Following a honeymoon trip to Sky Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains, the couple is making their home in Guyton.
