Wendel and Patricia Wilson will celebrate their 50th anniversary Saturday, June 13, from 2-4 p.m. in the social hall of First Baptist Church of Springfield.  

Wendel and Patricia were married June 5, 1965, at the Mizpah United Methodist Church with the late Bill Ford officiating.  

They are proud and dedicated parents of three children: Darnett and Eddie Coleman; Kevin and Christie Wilson and Carlett and Lee Fulcher. They have been blessed with six grandchildren.

They have enjoyed memorable trips together and they have been active in the GSU Alumni for many years. They have served the Lord in various capacities through church and community.

The past 50 years serves as a testimony of “the family that prays together stays together.”

The reception will be casual dress and no gifts are requested.
