Bill Cathcart spoke to a group of 40 or more people at the Exchange Club of Effingham County for it One Nation Under God Program.
Cathcart is the vice president and general manager of WTOC-TV.
The One Nation Under God project was adopted on July 30, 1964, by Exchange leaders seeking to heighten awareness of the nation’s religious heritage.
