Stan Sparks welcomes Tess Hynes into The Rotary Club of Effingham County. 

With her installation, Hynes has committed to be an active member of the club, to put "service above self" and to abide by the Four Way Test: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Hynes is the new special events and member services manager at the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce.
