Margaret Moore, Effingham County Senior Citizens director, was honored by the state Department of Human Resources, Division of Aging Services, as the director of the year for 2009. She also received a certificate of appreciation from the Coastal Georgia Regional Development Center. “She’s done an outstanding job,” said County Administrator David Crawley.
