Effingham Sunrise Rotary heard a presentation from Janice Bevill, Effingham County Chief Tax Assessor, about changes to the county value assessments, CUVA and homestead exemptions for 2009. Bevill took several questions about how those calculations are made and the affect on taxes.  She is a valued member of the Sunrise Rotary Club.
