Rotary targets wiping out polio

Jeff Kublin, Rotary International assistant district governor for District 6920, speaks to The Rotary Club of Effingham County about the Rotary International Foundation. Rotary's worldwide goal of eradicating polio is aided by the $1 million matching grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Incidences of polio are still found in Pakistan, Afghanistan, India and Nigeria.
